As the main factor of control the polymerization rate of vinyl chloride,the quality of PVC's initiator directly determines the quality of PVC products.In the process of product PVC initiators,the temperature control requirements are exceptionally stringent,and the interaction of the various materials makes the reactor temperature control extremely complex at different stages of the production process.In view of this situation,this paper designed a set of PVC initiator production distribution control system based on DCS,and the use of algorithm to achieve the automation of the production process.First of all,introduced the production process of PVC initiator,the reaction process of rubber metal adhesive and the control requirement of safety production interlocking control.Designed the whole structure of DCS system,and it is divided into three parts: management information layer,operation layer and redundant control layer.Secondly,design of the PVC initiator production control system for hardware design,including the DCS product manufacturers and models introduced,the main control card communication,the function of various types of card and its selection,workstation selection,and use ECS-100 for the placement of various types of card layout.Considering the safety and stability of the control system,the redundant design and redundant design of the control system are carried out to prevent the serious consequences of the sudden situation.Then,design the entire DCS system configuration.Including the main control card design,engineer station and operator station configuration,I/O card configuration,flow charting and so on.Based on software configuration AdvanTrol-Pro2.65 to design PVC initiator to complete the monitoring interface,the production process of the various signal points for real-time effective monitoring to achieve the operator's control of the entire process to facilitate its hand,automatic switch.In order to realize the automation of the initiator production,it is necessary to design the underlying algorithm according to the demand.In this process control,the use of conventional control strategies,such as: single-loop control strategy,cascade loop control strategy,proportional control strategy and split control strategy.Aiming at the problem that the reaction temperature control of rubber metal adhesive production is hysteresis and difficult to control,an advanced control algorithm-predictive function control is proposed to realize the precise control of the initiator production.Finally,after completing the overall design and implementation of the PVC initiator production control system,the whole system is run and debugged.the flow chart monitoring diagram of the operation control of PVC initiator production control system is given,and the relevant temperature curve is analyze.
