The desulfurizing process of the fuel gas emitted from coal-fired boilers is animportant method to reduce the pollution of atmosphere. But in a long term, thecontrol sysytem of this process remains at a low level, which causes a large waste inmanpower and material resources. It is practicable to improve the automatic level ofthis process. In this paper, to improve the automatic level, a monitored control systembased on industrial grade computers has been constructed, in which the script wasdesigned by iFix, a kind of efficient Configuration Software.In the MCS, the PH valueof absorption solution can be fuzzy-controlled which has self-adjustment function.Based on a typical process of wet limestone-gypsum desulfurzation, the papergives a close study on the different operating parameters and chooses the rightsampling points and adopts the correct control strategy based on operating procedurefor the system. The way to establish the monitored control system is also put forwardin two aspects: the structure of hardware and the data flow of software.In the structure of hardware, the industrial grade computer with DAS modulesplays the important role, because of the excellent performance of DAS modulescompared with PLC and the advantage of programming with industrial gradecomputers.In the software aspect, establishing real-time database and forming softwareinterfaces can all be finished by the configuration software. Then the database wasconnectted with the units of picture and the I/O ports on-site. Making the controlscript with VBA to implement the target.It has been proved that the system has several advantages, such as goodcompatibility, high capability and low cost, good flexibility. |
