he wire disc is used to collect and store the wire tool.Now the plastic wire are still the mainstream.With the deterioration of environment and the need of sustainable development,Environmental protection has become a must toad to walk.here are many countries use the imported products to improve the implementation of the standards for environmental protection.Many countries use metal wire instead of traditional plastic wire to protection economic plate.Metal wire used more and more in the world.With the increase of the demand of the welding wire,the requirement of the precision and the structure of the bending work piece is higher.herefore,the automation of wire bending equipment plays an important role in the quality of products.he control system of the CNC wire bending machine is a traditional wire bending machine controlled by SCM and PLC.In the main function of complete bending in 3D space are very difficult.In this paper,the MI SUBISHI PLC and touch screen are used as the control method to study the development of the metal wire welding machine numerical control system.Analyzes the research status CNC wire bending machine control system at home and abroad,which are based on the previous research on the mechanical structure.he working principle of the main mechanical structure of the metal wire bending is introduced to the thesis.According to the requirements of process control of wire bending machine,we design the hardware and software,including: PLC controlling module,the stepper motor controlling module,pneumatic circuit and man-machine interface etc.In order to meet the requirement of networked manufacturing,the research and design of the shop floor control system of wire bending machine is studied.The simulation of the PLC and touch screen program is carried out Online.The simulation experiment platform is built to verify the feasibility of the design scheme.
