There are a lot of commingled producing wells in the process of oilfield exploitation,along with the further exploitation,interlayer contradictions increasingly prominent,how to improve the using degree of reservoir,the realization of each layer of the rational mining is an important problem of oil well production.In heterogeneous reservoir multilayer production exploitation,the problem of serious interlayer interference and the low capacity of low pressure layer,carried out flow characteristic of layered production proration combination and the valve port parameter optimization research.In this paper,the main research contents include the following aspects:(1)For a given structure of hierarchical production proration,establishing the simplified proration flow characteristic of the physical model and mathematical model,Analysis of the variation of the flow rate of proration with valve opening;(2)Application of Fluent simulation software to establish a given allocation of the internal structure of the simulation model,the simulation results show that the flow rate of the proration varies with the valve opening,and comparing with the theoretical mathematical model,according to the actual field application to determine reasonable proration is valve work area;(3)The establishment of inflow characteristic curve model in different reservoir condition,considering the hydraulic characteristics with production devices,establishing multi-layer pumping mining oil sleeve pipe flow characteristics,the pump suction pressure,the simulation model of the production for the entrance and exit pressure,the laminar flow pressure;(4)In view of the three layers,for example in the mining of pumping unit well,on the basis of the flow characteristic curve of each layer of the oil well,considering the influence of the valve outlet parameters of each layer,establishing the coupling simulation model and the design model of the valve port parameters,discussing the factors affecting the actual production of oil wells,and determining the parameters of the mouth when the maximum oil production;(5)Application of Visual Basic computer language to develop the software system for the design of the valve parameters of the layered oil production and distribution unit,The function of the software includes the analysis of the hydraulic characteristics of the distributor,the analysis of annulus pressure distribution and the main node,the analysis of coupling relationship between three layers of oil well production and the parameter design of valve port of three-layer mixing production.
