The centrifuge is floating.the sugar process FenMi section of important equipments, its working principle is to use the centrifugal granulated sugar isolated from the mother, the sugar yield and quality and speed centrifuge on floating.the closely related.Through the analysis of the sugar use floating.the centrifuge, the working principle and the production process, the establishment of mathematical model of centrifuge suspension speed system is presented, the dynamic and static requirements. Based on FUZZY PI adjustment process and control principle of FUZZY control are analyzed, and some Suggestions will be combined with PI control FUZZY_PI compound control algorithm and applies it to the floating.the centrifuge dc speed control system. The control algorithm has not only the quickness and fuzzy control system and control system of PI. According to size deviation control system, when the deflection, the use of fuzzy control rule, deviation is lesser, choose the PI control laws, to overcome the existing fuzzy control of static error and oscillation problem. The application of MATLAB tool design FUZZY_PI compound controller, and the experiment results show that this method is relatively classic PI control method is more small overshoots and quicker response speed, obviously improve the system of static and dynamic performance, and disturbance with higher control precision and quick response to tilt decanter centrifuges reached the process requirement and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
