As the “water flooding” method has been widely used and a great deal of low-permeability reservoirs have been discovered and developed in domestic oilfields,requirements for water-injection process is improved increasingly,not only just reducing energy consumption and balancing injection but layer protection need to be taken into account as well.So the water injection technology research and development to get more and more the attention of the relevant scientific and technical personnel.In this paper the layered water injection screw pump is driven by hydraulic.The technology has made the further research and development,which is involved for the dynamic fluid pressure adjusting of two layers of water injection.Firstly,an integral structure designing scheme of the down-hole unit and the power matching optimal calculation of screw-motor and screw-pump are carried out.Then,the theoretical analysis and optimum design in linear type on end face of screw-motor and screw-pump are made and specific parameters are offered,for parameters of screw-motor and screw-pump such as linear type,number of screw head,and structure size have great effects on the unit operating characteristic,followed by strength check calculation and finite element analysis on key components of the unit.At last,the entire engineering drawings are created to build a prototype machine.The ground test is conducted under the circumstance stimulated by screw hydraulic machinery test bench.
