Research And Application On Screw Pump Technology In North Buzachi Oilfield

North Buzachi oil field is a large oil field in Kazakhstan,a ground drive screw pump oil production because of has the characteristics of less investment and convenient management,superior performance,widely in the oil field.But due to the short development time,in the management of the oil wells still exist many imperfect places,especially in the screw pump well system efficiency is still relatively low,did not give full play to the advantages of screw pump,therefore the system efficiency of screw pump oil well optimization design research is necessary.This paper analyzes the inflow performance of oil well,oil well productivity calculation model,wellbore multiphase pipe flow,temperature and pressure calculation model established screw pumping rod string force analysis model from the basic theory of screw pump.And the overall system efficiency of screw pump,the pump efficiency influence factors and screw pump wells is analyzed,and the influence of screw pump production factors,the system efficiency of pumping wells,the sensitivity analysis of,on the basis of established with system efficiency as the target function of screw pump well optimization design model,analyzes the North Buzachi oil the screw pump recovery well system efficiency situation,comparative analysis of the changes in the efficiency of the system before and after optimization design,for each actual well proposed the corresponding corrective measures.
