In recent years,PM2.5 pollution is becoming increasingly serious,Chinese government introduced the relevant policies at all levels,pointed out that the industrial structure must be optimized to upgrade,so as to control PM2.5 pollution and improve air quality.Therefore,it is necessary to research PM2.5 pollution control strategies,to explore the law and the relationship between the Chinese five typical economic city industrial structure and PM2.5 pollution and their spatial-temporal pattern,to rationalize the prevention and control of PM2.5 pollution effective measures in the direction of industrial restructuring.That is become a focus study in many domestic scholars.To analysis the spatial-temporal pattern of the industrial structure and PM2.5 of five typical cities?Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Chengdu and Shenyang?,we use curve fitting,Thiessen polygon method,spatial hotspot analysis,indicators of comparative analysis,and rationalization of industrial structure,advanced measurement method were used here.Then,a City PM2.5 Industry Combination?CPIC?model is developed for the discovery of the relationship between the urban PM2.5 pollution and industrial structure.This model based on correlation analysis and regression analysis.Next,we use this model to analysis the state of pollutions on the monitoring data and economy of PM2.5 in China in recent five years?2012-2016?.Finally,a knowledge service platform is created by the geospatial analysis technology.The main work and conclusions are as follows:We first analyze the timing change statue of PM2.5 pollution in urban area by curve fitting,and then explore the spatial distribution characteristics by Thiessen polygon and spatial hotspot analysis.The result shows that the PM2.5 pollution situation is still very serious and did not meet the limitation of national secondary concentration;four cities'?i.e.Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Chengdu?PM2.5 value has a significant downward trend;the pollutions of inland cities more serious than the coastal city;there is an aggregation phenomenon in these cities,while,the PM2.5 pollutions in the city of Beijing and Guangzhou is relatively stable,but other three cities change is obvious.Secondly,we analyze spatial-temporal characteristics of industrial structure economic indicators,and quantitative the characteristics of industrial structure based on rationalization of industrial structure and advanced measurement method.The statistical result indicates that secondary industry and the tertiary industry as the main economic in five cities,structures of primary,secondary and tertiary industries of employment and industrial output are similar,which reflecting a balanced and stable development model.Industrial structure economy of five cities is unreasonable,the government need to restructure industrial structure.Meanwhile,we observed that industrial structure of three cities?i.e.Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou?are advance,and other two?i.e.Chengdu,Shenyang?is not obvious.Then,we construct and achieve CPIC model based on previous spatial-temporal characteristics,and put forward general control strategies for five cities.This strategy includes: to focus on high pollution gathering pollution control,to avoid the impact of overcapacity on PM2.5 pollutions,to reduce traditional services and develop modern service industry,to plan and implement reasonable urban pattern,to develop circular economy.Five cities' PM2.5 pollutions are affected by the three industries,of which the relationship between tertiary industry and PM2.5 pollution concentration has a significant difference in different geographical area.In addition,the results of five cities instantiation model based on CPIC model are inconsistent,indicating that different areas of PM2.5 pollution and industrial structure are different.Finally,we build a simulation platform of the city industrial structure evolution and PM2.5 pollution emissions.In this procedure,we used the SQL Server relational database,ArcGIS Engine component library,FME component and ArcSDE spatial database service middleware open interface and combined with the impact of industrial structure and PM2.5 pollution.In this study,we analyze the industrial structure and PM2.5 pollution of five typical economic cities of China in two dimensions?i.e.spatial and temporal?.The knowledge service platform has improved the information utilization value and data processing effectiveness for government.
