The Environmental Effects Of The Evolution Of Industrial Structure In Hubei Province

As the embodiment of the main economic activities of human society,industrial structure reflects the level of economic development and overall strength.It is the result of economic growth in the past and the basis for economic growth in the future.It is an important factor in economic development,but also an important factor leading environmental problems.There is a great difference between the consumption of resource and environmental pollution with the different industrial structure and development mode.In the same economy,different industrial structure will produce different environmental consequences.Therefore,the industrial structure will have a great impact on the ecological environment quality.The rapid economic development of Hubei province has brought great pressure to the ecological environment,resource and environmental constraints are increasing.Especially in the background of"Wuhan City Circle" became as a national resource-saving and environment-friendly society building comprehensive reform pilot area,Adjust economic structure,change the mode of economic growth,promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structre,construct a resource-saving and environment friendly society,are important in industrialization and modernization strategy.This paper,takes Hubei Province as the research object,selects the date of industrial structure and environment in Hubei province since 1981.First of all,on the basis of previous studies,through theoretical analysis,research the relationship between the evolution of industrial structure and ecological environment;Secondly,through the descriptive statistics,analyze the evolution of industrial structure and the change of environmental pollution in Hubei province;Then,through the empirical analysis of the evolution of industrial structure's impact on ecological environment in Hubei province,establish the econometric model,study how the evolution of industrial structure impact ecological environment in Hubei province.Further,through the establishment an econometric model of internal structure of the three industries' impact on the ecological environment,study the effect of the three industry internal structure on the quality of the environment;Finally,through theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,draw conclusions,and make relevant policy recommendations.This paper has important practical significance in the adjustment of economic structure,the transformation of the mode of economic growth and the coordinated development of economy and environment in Hubei province.
