Multi-station cold forming machine parts are widely used in national defense,automotive,military and rail transportation and other industries.As the main machine tool of the cylindrical parts,rods and standard parts in the industry,it occupies a pivotal position.It is very important to design the multi-station cold forming machine,so it is necessary to standardize the design flow of multi-station automatic cold forming machine,and to innovate and optimize the design of some key parts by using computer aided design.In this thesis,the design process of the multi-station cold forming machine and the design calculation of the key components such as the bed,the crankshaft and so on will be studied by taking the NF type 200 t multi-station cold forming machine as an example.This thesis is based on the NF 200 tons of multi-position automatic cold forming machine parts production process,then research the multi-position automatic cold forming machine main parameters and the overall structure.At the same time,according to the shape feature of the machined parts and the forging deformation process of the parts,the detailed motion characteristics of each auxiliary mechanism are analyzed and a cycle chart suitable for the multi-station automatic cold forming machine is designed.The structure of clutch brake is applied to the main drive design of the multi-station automatic cold forming machine.The cylinder pressure feeder is successfully applied in the design of the feed drive.The dynamic balance of the slot machine is applied to the multi-station cold forming machine balanced designing.In particular,this reliable and stable dynamic balance method introduced in this paper utilizes the mass balance method to add the counterweight to the opposite side of the crank eccentricity so that the punching machine can move smoothly and with low noise and meet the environmental protection requirements and national standards.The key parts such as bed and crankshaft of multi-station automatic cold forming machine are calculated and studied.These parts are analyzed bymechanical mechanics and material mechanics.Based on the analysis of the motion of the crank slider of the automatic cold heading machine and the knowledge of mechanical design and mechanical principle,the kinematics and dynamics models are established to get the calculation of the machine bed strength of the multi-station automatic cold forming machine,the calculation of the main dangerous section of the bed and the crankshaft Strength and stiffness calculations.The mechanical model of the main parts is established,and the main parts are analyzed and verified by using the finite element.
