All the way along with our country "the Belt and Road" of overseas and domestic engineering market downturn,engineering company in our country started to transformation and upgrading,actively participate in international engineering competition,but in the face of our country engineering project management company the situation of safety accidents,how to effort to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents,improve the level of engineering project safety management has become the inevitable choice of our country’s engineering company to go out.Based on the comprehensive analysis of TCC general contracts shan xi lan hua caprolactam project site safety management status,the focus of the identified hazards and safety management in the project,through maturity evaluation method to analysis the TCC project safety management maturity level,based on investigation and analysis it is concluded that TCC maturity index both the project safety management system existing problems and deficiencies.Second,for the existing problem of TCC both project safety management system,through the analysis of the safety of draw lessons from domestic and foreign advanced management experience,on TCC existing safety management system optimization are studied,based on the safety of the PDCA cycle management process optimization、based on the LEC method before construction hazard identification and based on the method of SCL site safety management level of ascension.From the safety management organization and post Settings,the safety management system document records,the safety management program execution system and process both in the aspect of safety management system is optimized.In the end,from the perspective of organization,management,economy,technology to build the safety management system to optimize the implementation of security measures,through optimizing the management effect of contrast before and after the verify the applicability and validity of this research,has reached the spot reduce accident rate,hazards identification ability enhancement,site safety management level,to improve the effect of the riskcontrol ability.The result fully proves that the optimization and safety management system can better improve the TCC project safety management level.Through the study of this article,hoping to provide some useful reference for the similar engineering project safety management,to achieve the objective of the project safety management in our country.
