In recent years,our country vigorously advocates green sustainable development.The traditional extensive cast-in-place construction method can no longer meet the requirements of green and low-carbon development in our construction industry.The assembled building which is gradually rising in the construction industry has the advantages of less waste of resources,low environmental load,fast construction speed and low pollution,which meets the requirements of green sustainable development in our country.It is our country's architecture.The new direction of industry development.The construction industry is an industry with high incidence of safety accidents.A large number of new technologies and new processes are used in the construction process of prefabricated buildings,which increases the probability of safety accidents.Although the traditional cast-in-place buildings in China have relatively mature construction site management system,the assembly project has not yet established a systematic construction site safety management system.In view of the above problems,this paper starts with the characteristics of assembly construction,and makes a deep research on the construction safety management evaluation of assembly project.First of all,through reading a large number of references related to the maturity of safety management of prefabricated construction projects,analyze the research status at home and abroad and summarize.From the construction project safety management,assembly building,maturity model three aspects of the theoretical elaboration.Secondly,the evaluation index system of management maturity of assembly construction project is constructed.Through literature research,this paper summarizes the characteristics of construction safety management of assembly projects,compares and analyses the differences between assembly buildings and traditional buildings in construction safety management,and constructs a preliminary evaluation index system based on expert interviews.The reliability and validity of the index system are analyzed and screened by SPSS,and the final evaluation index system of the maturity of assembly construction project management is summarized and sorted out.Finally,the maturity evaluation model of assembling construction project management is constructed.The grey relational degree theory is used to determine the index weight,and the grey theory and the fuzzy theory are combined to make a comprehensive evaluation.Taking the assembly project of D enterprise as an example,thevalidity of the model and evaluation method is tested.To help construction enterprises effectively evaluate the level of construction safety management of assembly projects,find out the existing problems in the process of safety management,and put forward corresponding improvement measures to achieve effective control of construction safety management of assembly projects,and promote the sustainable and healthy development of construction industry.
