Urban Ecological Safety Evaluation And Research In Hebei Province

With the rapid development of the modern city,it brings a lot of pressures,such as crowded population,housing shortage,traffic congestion,environmental pollution,residents life quality and reduce of health level.This phenomenon poses a severe test of the modern city ecological security.How to solve the problem of urban ecological security has been put on the agenda of the world.In the resource-based cities,the study of the development of urban ecological security is less serious in the early stage.Hebei province was used as the research object.Regarding the Zhangjiakou,Tangshan,Baoding,Shijiazhuang,Handan as five representative city through the geographical position,topography,climate and environment,population and economic conditions.Based on the concept and the connotation of the knowledge,ecological security and city ecological security use the research framework model to establish the evaluation system of city ecological security evaluation of pressure state response.In the process of evaluation,the ecological security is divided into the five level,such as ideal safe,relatively safe,critical safety,unsafe and highly unsafe.Indeed,the weight of each index in the evaluation system was based on entropy weight method.There are some differences but basically consistent in five city of Hebei province by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,principal component analysis;by using the fuzzy evaluation of the individual ecological security level layer receive the five city ecosystem pressure better performance,poor performance in the ecological system in the state,lacking of action in response to ecological system;by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and principal component analyze evaluate the city ecological security in five years in 2010~2014 of Hebei province,result in the ecological safety assessment in Hebei province 2010~2014.The difference is that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the ecological security level in 2011 volatility reaches the minimum ecological security level roughly in a rising trend,and the principal component analysis showed that the ecological security level of Hebei province has been on the rise in 2010~2014.Finally,according to the evaluation results of ecological security level in Hebei province,for the influence of each index in city ecological security puts forward some corresponding countermeasures,and also provides a reference for the research of ecological security in Hebei province.This paper has a certain practicality and guidance.
