Sludge treatment and disposal is a technical problem in the processing of solid waste treatment,and pre-dryed sludge incineration is a hot spot in current research.This paper topics for research on characteristics of pre-dryed sludge incineration in fluidized bed,and it has an important engineering practice value.This paper takes a sludge treatment project in China as the research object,and uses the method of combining theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to analyze the characteristics of pre-dryed sludge incineration.Firstly,the heat balance calculation is carried out on the basis of the system host selection.The results show that when the moisture content of the sludge is 64%,the system can run stably,and the external steam supply is less.Secondly,according to method of exergy flow analysis,the system is divided into three parts: fluidized bed incinerator,waste heat boiler and drying mixing device.Through the analysis of comparison and calculation under data of different conditions,changing rules of exergy utilization index of the system are discussed.Finally,numerical simulation is carried out on the characteristics of sludge incineration in fluidized bed.The results show that: with the increase of sludge moisture content into the furnace,the exhaust gas temperature of incinerator decreased,the relative pressure decreased,the velocity distribution tends to be uniform,and in the flue gas component content,CO content changes little,CO2,SO2 and NO content decreased slightly.Through the theoretical analysis and simulation study on pre-dryed sludge incineration system,it is shown that the optimum moisture content of sludge into the furnace is 64%,and when the combustion temperature at 850?,the consumption of external energy is minimum.The results can provide a theoretical reference for the design and operation optimization of municipal sludge semi-drying incineration system.
