In the aspect of cotton planting,it is a big problem that the plastic film is difficult to recycle.The residual plastic film not only pollute the environment,but also adversely affects the cotton production in the next year.In order to ensure the sustainable development of agriculture,implementation of waste plastic recycling,we have separate the waste plastic and coarse fine cotton stalk.Based on this,this paper mainly studies the cylindrical membrane separation device:(1)Establish the mathematical model of membrane winnowing process,it reveals the basic principle of membrane stalk winnowing,analysis movement characteristic of membrane stalk particle in the wind zone and calm zone.(2)To simulate the membrane stalk separation device using the Fluent software to obtain the flow distribution of the initial model,analysis of the flow field and air separation efficiency.(3)Using the method of single factor and five levels of different air velocity,air supply angle and equipment parameters(the location of the outlet,the outlet shape,feed position)influence the flow field and the flow field of the aspiration efficiency,obtain change trend and suitable range of winnowing respectively.(4)After obtain a reasonable range of air speed,air supply angle and inlet position,continue in-depth study of different winnowing conditions and winnowing efficiency using the orthogonal experiment method,three factors and three levels orthogonal experiments were carried out by the following factors: air supply velocity,air supply angle and air outlet position of the three factors,to get the better combination;on this basis,do single factor analysis of the outlet shape,finally obtained the suitable conditions of winnowing.(5)The relationship between the single factor analysis method and the orthogonal test method is analyzed,and the internal relations of the simulation results demonstrate the correctness and feasibility of the Fluent numerical simulation method.Through the Fluent software simulation analysis,get the air supply velocity,air supply Angle and the change of different process parameters on membrane stalk separation on theinfluence of internal flow field and the winnowing efficiency,the better suitable condition for winnowing: the air supply velocity is 12m/s,the air supply angle is horizontal air supply,the center position of the air outlet is 45 mm from the center of the model,the shape of the air outlet is square,and the distance between the feed port and the center is 340mm;The results provide theoretical basis and practical reference value for the optimization design of cylindrical membrane stalk separation device.
