As an important task in "Made in China 2025","The full implementation of green manufacturing" needs the manufacturing industry to speed up the research and de velopment of clean and efficient milling,surface treatment and other processing technology,to speed up the establishment of green manufacturing system,and ultimately reach green production aims.At present,aluminum alloy is widely used,the surface treatment process of aluminum alloy mainly are anodizing,chemical plating and spraying,but these surface treatment processes have some pollution problems.Therefore,the study of clean and efficient aluminum alloy surface treatment process is significance.In this paper,Ti/Ti N/Ti CN composite decorative films were prepared by magnetron sputtering on the aluminum alloy substrate,which also had good decorative and protective properties.The main research work is as follows:1.Pre-treatment process: the use of mechanical chemical polishing technology(CMP)on the aluminum alloy mirror polishing.The effects of polishing pressure,polishing speed,polishing fluid flow rate and polishing time on the roughness and material removal rate were studied.The effects of pressure,speed and pH on the polishing surface were studied.The optimization process parameters of high-quality can be achieved on the surface.2.The influence of process parameters such as nitrogen flow rate,acetylene flow rate,deposition time,bias voltage and duty cycle to the color of Ti N and Ti CN films were studied.The results show that by controlling the nitrogen flow rate,Acetylene flow,deposition time and duty cycle,Ti N and Ti CN film presents a specific color,such as imitation gold;3.The factors of film hardness: analyze the impact factors of the coating hardness,put forward three ways to improve the hardness of the coating,and conduct an experiment.The experimental results show that these three ways can achieve the purpose of improving the hardness of the coating.After comprehensive comparative analysis,the scheme 3 is chosen as the preferred scheme,that is to say,increased the coating deposition time.4.Based on the research above,the scheme of the decorative film of aluminum alloy was put forward,and the Ti / Ti N / Ti CN composite decoration film was successfully deposited on the surface of aluminum alloy.The results show that when the composite film thickness is 1.5?m,the pencil hardness of the film reaches 6H,the adhesion of the film reaches level 1,the film has no corrosion and peeling phenomenon after three cycles of salt spray,and tape friction 200 ring bottomless,meet the testing standards of the electronics industry.This paper is not only for the coating process,but standing on a more comprehensive point,process of pre-treatment,color layer,transition layer have studied.The color,hardness,adhesion and other properties of Ti/Ti N/Ti CN composite film are all meet the industry standard.The content studied in this paper provide a ne w way for the surface treatment of aluminum alloy,which is clean and efficient,and the process has a high market application prospect.
