The traditional marine oil engineering training process is complex and time-consuming,and there are huge security risks,and it is limited by funds,venues and other factors,so it is difficult to meet the requirements of real-time learning.For offshore oil development of huge investment,high technical content of marine petroleum equipment problems,on-site training and high risk,with the rapid development of 3D graphics technology,virtual reality technology is applied to the system of training,so construction of desktop simulator training system based on Unity3 D and virtual reality.In this paper,the drill string conveying system of semi submersible drilling platform as the research object,using the research methods of Solidworks 3D modeling tools,3ds Max and Unity3 D skeletal animation engine virtual reality development platform combining design,3D modeling,animation of offshore oil drilling platform drilling string conveying system,virtual production system and the realization of collision detection theory,script control program for a more in-depth study,to construct a high immersion and high high interaction scenarios,semi submersible offshore oil drilling platform drilling string conveying system.Research contents of this paper:(1)model construction and analysis of drill string transportation system Based on study and analysis of drill string transportation system and mechanical structure,joint construction crane,dynamic catwalk,hydraulic elevator and auxiliary hoist,righting mechanism and the five key mechanical equipment model.On the basis of studying the layout of offshore oil drilling platform,a drilling column transportation system is built to form a unified whole.(2)the mechanical action of the drill string conveying system The use of 3DS Max software in motion relationship of five key mechanical equipment add,skeletal animation and skin processing,and rendering of equipmentmodel,optimization model and the appearance of fidelity,and the use of FBX technology to preprocess format for device model.(3)UI design of simulator Interface(User)is an integral part of this simulator.The UI element simulator including sky map,drill string system conveying virtual text display,joint crane,power machine,hydraulic elevator catwalk and auxiliary hoist equipment selection buttons and scroll bars,which enhance the user's operating experience,to provide a realistic virtual scene,Gao Chen immersed sense of the user.(4)the realization of human-computer interaction Collision detection theory is the key to realize man-machine interactive simulator system,Unity3 D virtual reality development platform based on the load colliders and triggers,and script language interaction,human-computer interaction and Realization of simulator keyboard detection response.
