At present,CAD technology is widely used in the field of textiles.In all kinds of textile CAD software,yarn,fabric and process design can be used to achieve automatic generation of fabric simulation patterns,in order to replace the work of trial weaving and small samples,and shorten the period of small samples.However,there are many kinds of fabrics.For some special fabrics,such as rib,mesh,porous,double-layer,etc.,the two-dimensional simulation of the appearance and pattern of the fabrics can only show the appearance of some fabrics better,and the simulation effect is poor or even completely distorted.Therefore,the "Virtual Design VD" technology has been introduced into the textile field,which makes the means and ideas of product design take a qualitative leap.It can break through the two-dimensional representation of textiles designed by current textile CAD,and improve and enhance the realism and immersion of textiles.This paper mainly implements the development and application of the virtual reality generation system for woven fabrics,and breaks through several key technologies.The virtual reality technology is used to simulate the real scene of woven fabrics and the three-dimensional appearance of various woven fabrics.In order to truly show the three-dimensional effect of woven fabric structure,Maya skeleton technology and woven fabric structure phase theory are used.On the basis of resolving the bending and floating lengths of yarns,the basic parameters of process parameters module and machine drawing module are input to realize the structure of woven fabrics,especially complex tissue fabrics.Three-dimensional simulation can be used to observe the movement of key parts of the fabric from all angles,and to observe the 3D dynamic entities of the fabric from different angles or even into the interior.Based on Unity3 D game engine,this system uses C# as programming language,uses 3D SMAX three-dimensional modeling software to make simulation model and related components of jet loom,builds three-dimensional virtual scene,and designs four function modules including parameter input,on-machine process,virtual weaving and fabric sample generation according to fabric design process.By presenting each process of woven fabrics in the form of virtual interaction,users can set corresponding parameters in the system,such as color,yarn count,latitude and longitude density,machine drawing,etc.Based on the set machine drawing,real-time simulation of the yarn winding and reed-piercing operation can be carried out,and the five major movements of yarn winding and weaving can be presented in the virtual weaving module of the loom,and finally according to the previous settings.3D effect of ready-made fabrics.At the same time,the system can draw three-dimensional woven fabric structure in real time according to input parameters,provide real and efficient research and development tools for product developers,and become an effective means for rapid development of new products and strengthening market competitiveness.
