Toothed flat steel is mainly used to make the gear steel grating,which has anti-slip ability for smooth,moist place and offshore oil platform,etc.The demand for toothed flat steel is increasing,and the processing of it also raises higher requirements.At present,the domestic is mainly based on semi automation with high economic costs and low quality.In order to promote the machine quality and prod-uctivity of tooth flat steel of tooth profile,we designed a new generation of tooth shape of the flat steel cutting agency,this paper analyzed the mechanic-electric co-upling of the feeding system and the hydraulic-mechanical coupling of the die cutt-ing machine host part.The main work of the paper is as follows:First this paper introduces the die cutting machine of the working principle,the coupling problems of feeding system and the die cutting machine host part are studied systematically.The theory of friction drive is analyzed,by ADAMS dynamics simulation gets the dynamic characteristics of two kinds friction drive,and improves the accuracy and stability of the toothed wheel drive.The mechanic-electric coupling model of feeding system is built,by RECURDYN analysis gets the velocity curve of toothed flat and speed curve of friction wheel;by MATLAB/Simulink analysis gets the static and dynamic characteristics of control system;by coupling analysis gets the influence of PID controller on toothed flat displacement error.The principle and implementation of mechanic-hydraulic coupling for main drive system are analyzed.By AMESIM analysis for hydraulic system gets the change curve of the friction torque and the output shaft speed for clutch engagement;the influence of balance force on main drive system is analyzed,by dynamics simulation for main drive system gets the change curve of the force and torque for pendulum shaft and the displacement curve of the slider center;the mechanic-hydraulic coupling is analyzed by co-simulation,and get the displacement curve of the slider center after adding the hydraulic balance force for main drive system.In this paper,performing the experiment for feed system and main drive system,the experimental data are similar to the simulation results.The correctness of the simulation analysis is verified by comparing with the experimental data.At the same time,the problems in the production of toothed flat steel are analyzed,and the solution is proposed,the all results laid the foundation for application of the tooth shape of flat steel cutting machine.In this paper,the research achievements of tooth shape of flat steel cutting machine improvement provides an important reference basis of feed system and main drive system.
