Energy-saving and emission-reduction are the basic state policy for China, at the same time, it is the inevitable choice for the sustainable development of the socioeconomic. To decrease the waste of energy in the productive process of coal crusher of roller and reduce the production costs, the drive motor of the rod-toothed crusher is selected and optimized. The main research:(1) Taking the style of broken, the principle of the machine, and the traits of coal broken into account, analyze the data of productive live, s o as to ascertain the design parameters of system electricity-saving technology;(2) Model the 3D model of the main rota-table parts of the machine, simulate and analyze the moment of inertia of every rota-table component by employing UG software.(3) Test and verify the feasibility of optimized scheme by employing UG software, confirm the optimized parameters of drive motor selected; finally, selected the appropriate motor optimized. In this paper, a system electricity-saving technology is proposed, which can keep the slip steadiness in the case of low-load by regulating the terminal voltage of the motor and adjusting the reactance characteristic of motor. The results show that the technology decreases the waste of energy in the productive process of coal c rusher of roller and reduces the production costs by optimizing the drive motor of the rod-toothed crusher.
