Construction And Implementation Of Huanggang Iron Mine Safety Training System Based On Universal Safety

Facing the new situation brought about by the new technology and new equipment arising from the iron ore demand,as well as the corresponding major changes in working standards and operating methods.New technology and new equipment put forward higher development requirements for safety awareness and business quality of employees in iron ore industry.Therefore,the research and establishment of scientific,effective and sustainable iron mining technology and management personnel safety education and training system will play a promoting role in comprehensively improving the quality of iron mining personnel,ensuring the safety of iron ore production,building green mines and digital mines,and increasing the economic benefits of enterprises.The thesis is combined with the project "safety theory and practice of iron mining--a case study of huanggang iron mine",which is a cooperative project between Dalian Jiaotong University and Inner Mongolia huanggang mining company,around the iron mining based on universal security staff safety education and training of the main line,the iron mining universal theoretical system security model,and based on the theoretical model of iron mining staff safety education and training system to build systematic research;The established safety education and training system is applied to huanggang iron mine,and finally the distance education and training platform is established.This paper mainly studies the following contents:(1)Based on the analysis of universal safety concept,active safety consciousness and safety chain,the author constructs the theoretical system and model of universal safety in iron mining industry.Combined with the project requirements,based on the theory of the iron ore universal security extensions built guided by the mine management service system of the safety chain model of iron mining jobs,a safety management model of iron mining industry based on enterprise safety objectives and strategic plans,with safety concept,safety knowledge,safety skills as the core of iron mine safety education training model,and the universal applicability and operability of the iron mining model of emergency treatment.(2)The general safety training system of iron and mining industry including 17sub-modules of six aspects such as system guarantee is constructed,and the organizational structure of safety education and training,the formulation system of safety education and training plan and the effect evaluation and feedback system of safety education and training are elaborated in detail.At the same time,combining with the actual situation of Inner Mongolia huanggang mining company,a curriculum system of 11 courses is constructed.On this basis,the importance of each course to the safety education and training of employees in iron and mining industry was determined by using analytic hierarchy process,the completion standard was established,and the training effect of the education and training system was analyzed by sampling.(3)To build the iron mining staff safety education and training system,based on the.NET Framework Web development system,the safety education training Huang Gang iron ore remote platform,achieving universal education.The practical application of huanggang mining company shows that the model,the education and training system,the distance education and training platform based on the theory of universal safety can meet the actual demand of iron mining industry,effectively improve the comprehensive quality of employees and managers,and provide effective guarantee for the safety production of iron mine.
