In this paper,we observe the structure and composition of Aphids wax secretion,cattail fiber and butterfly wing,and select cattail fiber and butterfly wing as biomimetic templates.And prepare the bionic functional materials with cattail fiber structure and butterfly-wing structure.The morphology and properties of the materials are studied,and the effects of different calcination temperature,concentration and different solution systems on grain size,distribution and morphology are also discussed.The results are as follows:(1)The results of SEM show that the Aphids wax secretion is composed of hollow filaments,the length of the filament is 20-100?m,the thickness of the filament is about 0.5?m,and the size of block is about 1.3mm.By comparing with the XRD patterns of industrial wax,it is observed that the main peak position of Aphids wax secretion is very close to the position of the main peak of industrial wax,it can be determined the phase is the same.This proves that the wax secretion of Aphids wax secretion is a kind of natural biological wax.(2)The solution of titanium dioxide precursor was deposited onto the cattail fiber by sol-gel method,and calcination treatment under nitrogen atmosphere yielded the titanium-carbon.At 400?,macro structure basic keep intact.The photoluminescence spectra have the emission peak.The results of photocatalytic experiments show that the material has good degradation effect on organic dyes under visible light irradiation.(3)Cattail fibers are used as biological templates.The experimental results show that using zinc acetate and ammonium citrate as the precursor solution can complete the replication structure and the grain size is smaller,it also has a highest intensity in the photoluminescence emission spectra.(4)By optical microscope and scanning electron microscope,the morphology of the five kinds of butterfly wings are observed and analyzed,and the composition and optical performance of the butterfly wings are analyzed.The Papilio bianor scales are relatively flat and the shape of the top is multi-tooth,The SEM test shows that the structure of scale is honeycomb.The reflection curve of the Papilio bianor blue scales has a maximum value at 465 nm,the reflectivity is about 6%,while the peak of green scales appears at 507 nm,which located in the green band and reflectivity is 7%.Papilio bianor is used as biological template and we make three different precursor solutions for preparing butterfly wings structure of Zinc Oxide materials.The precursor solution with 0.02 M zinc acetate add ammonium citrate can perfectly reproduce the fine structure of butterfly wing scales.The emission peak intensity of the prepared zinc oxide material is the highest in the photoluminescence spectrum.And the UV absorption test shows that there is a distinct absorption peak near 370 nm,which showed good performance of photoluminescence and UV absorption.
