With the in-depth research of nanometer materials,the composite nanomaterials with special structure and function have caused widely attention.Among them,the core-shell structure of magnetic nanocomposite materials,because of its functional characteristics of the magnetic core and outer functional shell,not only combinate the advantages of simple core and simple shell structure and make up for each other's shortcomings,but also endow with new excellent properties,having made these multifunctional core-shell nanomaterials a wide range of applications in biomedicine,drug carrier and adsorptive separation.Therefore,in this article,we synthesized two kinds of different magnetic core-shell nanomaterials,in which Fe3O4 as the functional core with the functional C or zeolite imidazole ester skeleton ZIF – 8 coating,respectively,and investigated their properties in the fields of drug delivery and illicit drug inspecton.And the obtained products were characterized with transmission electron microscope?TEM?,scanning electron microscope?SEM?,X-ray powder diffraction?XRD?,X-ray photoelectron spectrometer?XPS?,ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer?UV Vis?and nitrogen adsorption-desorptionmeasurement,and so on.?1?We synthesizedmonodispersed Fe3O4@C/SiO2 core-shell composite nanoparticles via a simple and facile method.And subsequently,porous structured Fe3O4@C nanoparticles were obtained byetching SiO2 using NaOH aqueous.The properties of pH and NIR response,biocompation,drug loading were investigated,and suggested that Fe3O4@C nanoparticleshave promising applications in drug delivery,chemo-photothermal cancer therapy.?2?The preparation of Fe3O4@ZIF-8 core-shell nanoparticles was carried out according to reported literatures.And its adsorption performace of illicit drugs and cycle stability were studied,the results showed that Fe3O4@ZIF-8 nanoparticles exhibitedgoodillicit drugadsorption capacity,indicating that it can be used in illicit drug inspection.
