Part of China's natural gas pipeline equipment has entered the aging stage and pipeline equipment preventive maintenance work has become more and more important.In order to avoid the occurrence of pipeline accidents,the equipment management department should not only ensure the reliability of the normal operation of the equipment,but also make a reasonable maintenance strategy under the condition of reducing the cost of equipment maintenance as much as possible.Reasonable maintenance strategy is the key factor that directly affects the economic efficiency of the enterprise,so what kind of maintenance method is used and when to implement the maintenance of the components are very practical issues.In this paper,the preventive maintenance cycle model is established for the single component system with the minimum reliability of the components as the constraints and the optimal maintenance interval time of the single unit is obtained according to the actual situation.According to the theory of opportunity maintenance,all the parts to be repaired are repaired in a given operating interval and the single objective preventive maintenance model is constructed with the system's total maintenance cost and availability as the evaluation index.In view of the fact that the maintenance target and parameter variable are more in the equipment maintenance of the natural gas pipeline system,a multi-objective optimization model of opportunity maintenance is established with considering the two indexes of maintenance cost and availability comprehensively,which can meet the needs of different aspects of maintenance workers,using the knowledge of mathematics analysis optimization model of linear weighted method and the particle swarm algorithm to solve the model.The compressor system of long distance natural gas pipeline is taken as the research object,and the compressor system is introduced briefly.Based on the data collected by the equipment,the model is analyzed.In this paper,a preventive opportunity maintenance model is established for the multi component equipment of the gas pipeline system with the maintenance cost and availability as the key indexes in the maintenance decision,which combines the theory of reliability with the theory of opportunistic maintenance.Through empirical analysis,the application of the model reduces the total maintenance cost of the system and improves system availability,which increases the effective operation time system for a limited period and provides a theoretical basis for the scientific maintenance strategy of the natural gas pipeline system.
