The influence of human factors in pipeline maintenance is an indispensable part of pipeline reliability analysis,not only to consider the reliability of the pipeline system equipment itself,but also consider the impact of pipeline system reliability of human factors.Many studies have shown that many accidents are the result of the interaction of human,equipment and environment,and human factors are the source of many accidents.Therefore,the operator’s reliability research is very important for pipeline maintenance operations.In this paper,the reliability of the operator as the main line to pipeline maintenance operations for the application of the object,the following five aspects of the study.(1)This paper analyzes the characteristics and the risk of the pipeline maintenance work,summarizes some of the errors,errors and consequences of the operator in the maintenance and repair operation.Combining the human error model and the process of pipeline maintenance,The model of human error in pipeline maintenance is established.(2)According to the principles and steps of human factors index system,through the method of expert questionnaire,the human factor index system of pipeline repair and repair work is determined,and the factors that affect the operation personnel errors in the pipeline maintenance work are analyzed in detail.And using the method of analytic hierarchy process,the weight of human factors in pipeline maintenance is determined.(3)According to the theory of gray theory and analytic hierarchy process,combined with examples,the gray level comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the error factors of the operator in pipeline maintenance work.By using the failure likelihood index method and the analytic hierarchy process,the reliability of the operator in the pipeline maintenance operation is calculated.(4)The measures to improve the reliability of the operators are formulated from five aspects:organizational factors,personal factors,technical equipment,group factors and environmental factors.Each measure is analyzed in detail.After improving the measures,the reliability of the improved operator is calculated and compared with the improvement.According to the research,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the human error model and the pipeline repair operation,the human error model is established.The model consists of five parts:the input of information,the induction of signal,the response stage,the personnel error in the pipeline maintenance system,the occurrence of personnel errors.(2)The factor index system of the operator in the pipeline repair operation is a three level index system,of which the first level index is 5,the grade two index is 22,and the factor of the grade three is a total of 23,including organizational factors,personal factors,group factors,environmental factors and technical equipment and other five aspects.(3)The weight of the operator in the pipeline maintenance operation is calculated,in which the weight of the organizational factor is 0.45,the individual factor is 0.18,the group factor is 0.13,the environmental factor is 0.07,the technical equipment is 0.17.(4)Combining the failure likelihood index method with the analytic hierarchy process,the probability and reliability of the eight typical human errors due to the pipeline maintenance operator are calculated.(5)Combined with the characteristics of pipeline maintenance operations and pipeline maintenance operations in the analysis of human factors,this paper puts forward some measures to improve the reliability of the operator in the pipeline maintenance work,the paper analyzes in detail from the aspects of organizational factors,personal factors,group factors,technical equipment,environmental factors and so on.And the reliability of the improved operator is calculated and compared with the previous analysis,which shows that the proposed measures to improve the reliability of personnel is feasible.
