Research On The Quality Control Over The Construction Of Blast Furnace Masonry Of No.8 Of Bao Gang Group

The construction phase is an important link in the implementation of the project,is an important process in the formation of the project entity,the quality control of this stage,determines the final quality of the product,and this stage is the largest part of the project investment,investment in the relationship between economic interests,therefore,is of great significance to the quality of construction control.In this paper,based on the research of the current situation and theory of the quality control of the engineering project,from the principle of process control,this paper makes a detailed study on the construction quality control of the specific project.First of all,introduced the general situation,the characteristics of the project and the key construction and construction process of of No.8 of BaoGang Group engineering project,and the blast furnace production problems and hazards,and then from the personnel,materials,equipment,methods,environment,hidden engineering,a comprehensive analysis of the causes of quality problems of blast furnace masonry engineering.Secondly,aiming at the possible problems of No.8 of BaoGang Group masonry construction,according to the analysis of the impact of the construction quality of the people,machine,material,method,five major factors,from theory and practice developed specific methods and measures of quality control before,in and after the implementation of the whole process control according to statistics,construction quality control analysis method was applied to further illustrate how to control the factors that affect the construction quality.Finally,in No.8 of BaoGang Group building project quality control measures,through quality inspection has been a large amount of data,after the detailed analysis of the data,the quality evaluation of the implementation of quality control,draw the conclusions of this study,and the future research direction was prospected.The purpose of this paper is to improve the quality control of the construction,optimize the quality control method,and promote the quality control of the large blast furnace masonry engineering.The research results can also be used as reference and guidance for the quality control of other projects.
