Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the rapid development of China's construction market and the improvement of national production and living standards,people have higher requirements for their own living environment.How to have a good and healthy living environment,while not polluting the environment,to achieve environmental protection,original ecology,green,etc.,has become a concern of people.The domestic garbage collection system is one of the important ways to achieve these goals.As a key step to ensure the quality of life of the people,the design,layout,construction,and quality control of the domestic waste recycling pipe network have received more and more attention.From the assumption of the realization of reality,from the plane to the three-dimensional process,quality control and check is even more important.Therefore,it is very necessary to analyze the quality influencing factors of the garbage collection system and take reasonable and effective measures to control the quality of the project.In this paper,the quality control method and guarantee measures of garbage collection pipe network in the process of construction are studied.This paper first analyzes the five basic factors that affect the quality of the project: human,material,machine,method,and ring.Combined with the characteristics of the garbage collection pipe network project,the key points that affect the quality of the project pipeline excavation,pipeline installation,corrosion protection,and welding are extracted.On this basis,the specific quality control program is planned,and the quality control program and method applicable to the project are established according to the quality goals and control standards.Then,using the three-stage control method and the PDCA cycle theory method,we have formulated corresponding quality control methods based on specific impact factors and key points,including the preparation of labor force,material materials,machinery and equipment,and construction site in the pre-construction period.During the construction period,the key nodes,the transfer of processes,and the finished products are strictly monitored and protected.During the completion period,the acceptance process is fully checked to achieve the purpose of quality control of the project.Finally,the paper studies and puts forward the organization,system,management safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of the corresponding quality control methods,as well as measures to improve the quality supervision and inspection level and strengthen the file control work.Through analyzing and designing the quality control scheme of the new Tianjin eco-city garbage collection pipe network project(pneumatic conveying),the paper puts forward the effective quality control countermeasures in phases and the guarantee measures of engineering quality control.In order to provide effective and feasible quality control measures and methods for more waste collection network construction units in the future.
