Research And Application Of The Evaluation Model Of NC Remanufacturing For General Machine Tools

The comprehensive evaluation of general-purpose machine tool NC remanufacturing is an important prerequisite of NC remanufacturing and plan making.The comprehensive evaluation can also reduce the risk of machine tool remanufacturing and guarantee the quality of NC remanufacturing.In view of this,the author reference the national science and technology support program of NC manufacturing technology and application of the key topic of this thesis and the actual need of work,through according to the relevant literature combined with their own work experience to establish a common CNC machine tools remanufacturing upgrade plan and report detailed descri ption model.Firstly,a comprehensive evaluation model of the key components of the general-purpose machine tool is established.The model includes two parts which are the comprehensive evaluation indicator system of key parts numerical-remanufacture and comprehensive evaluation of remanufacturing.Such model can evaluate the feasibility of key component during NC remanufacturing effectively and provide data base for the general-purpose machine tool NC remanufacturing feasibility evaluation.Secondly,the comprehensive evaluation model of the general machine tool is established.The model includes three parts,which are the comprehensive evaluation indicator system,the comprehensive evaluation model,and the application of remanufacturing comprehensive eval uation model.The model bases on evaluating of technology,economy,resources and environment integrally to judge the feasibility of NC remanufacturing of general-purpose machine tool.And also,the application the model is described by a simple example.Thirdly,the model of NC remanufacturing and improvement of general-purpose machine tool is established.The technical method and remanufacturing plan will be made by this model during NC remanufacturing.Finally,such comprehensive evaluation model is applied completely by the NC remanufacturing of general-purpose machine tool T6920 D of Qiqihaer No.2 Machine Tool(Group)Ltd.The results show that the machine can be numerical control according to the actual situation and the customer's requirements in accordance with the conditions of remanufacturing.Modified through the acceptance of the machine tool,precision testing and cost accounting data statistical analysis shows that the results of the numerical control machine tool remanufacturing is consistent with the initial evaluation results,verify the remanufacturing proposed in this paper the validity and the practicability of the evaluation method.
