At present,the cloud manufacturing is a key direction of equipment manufacturing enterprises.As an important component of the equipment resource,the machine tool is faced with many problems,such as too many types of machine tool resources with similar functions and different quality level,which seriously restricts the integration and sharing of machine tool resources and the efficiency of optimization.Therefore,on the basis of the domestic and foreign research achievements,this paper explored and researched the evaluation and support system of Quality of service(QoS)in cloud manufacturing environment.At first,on the basis of analyzing the operation model and characteristics of machine tool resources in cloud manufacturing environment and the demand of QoS evaluation,a framework for the overall realization of the QoS evaluation of machine tool resources,which considers the needs of both machine tool resource providers and service demanders,is proposed.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing the factors that affect the QoS evaluation in cloud manufacturing service chain under the cloud manufacturing environment,from the view of the service demander,a QoS evaluation index system of machine tool resources,including service time T,service cost C,processing capability P,information feedback capability I,delivery accuracy A and after-sales service capacity S,is set up,and entropy method is used to calculate the weight of each index.What's more,a QoS evaluation model for machine tool equipment resources is established,and the VIKOR method is used to solve the evaluation model.Thirdly,form the view of the service provider,an evaluation index system based on customer value,which includes three dimensions of credit R,purchasing power B and development potential L,is set up,and a QoS evaluation optimization model of machine tool resources based on both supplier and demander is constructed,which used the linear programming method to optimize the QoS evaluation of machine tool resources.Finally,a set of QoS evaluation support system for machine tool resources in cloud manufacturing environment is designed and developed,and based on the system,the effectiveness of the above research method is preliminarily verified.
