Mast structure is widely used in radio and television,communication and other fields.Based on domestic and international research of carbon fiber composites and the telescopic mast,the dissertation studied on material properties and structure design of carbon fiber composites used in the domestic communication telescopic mast.According to the relevant technical requirements of the telescopic mast,determined the overall structure and structure parameters of the product.The materials used for the mast are selected,and the mechanical properties and the environmental performance are also studied.Carbon fiber tube of composite telescopic mast is designed,and rationality and advantages of structural design are analysed by a combined method of statics and finite element.The layer design of the carbon pipe for the is optimized,and the final layer plan is determined.Simulation load analysis in real environment is carried out for the CFRP telescopic mas,rationality of design is determined further.By means of research,the rationality and advantages of CFRP application in domestic communications and command vehicle components,the overall weight of telescopic mast is reduced about 30% and the portability of the product is improved greatly.At the same time,flexural properties is improved also,the maximum bending force is increased two to four times than that of aluminum alloy.It is revealed that the flexural modulus and maximum bending force of layer [0°/90°/±45]is increased about 5% than layer [0°/90°] by analysing different layer of carbon pipe.Simulation results show that the CFRP telescopic mas meet technical requirements of wind load 28m/s,fourty kilogram weight load under 3°dip and without rope,press stability and so on.Through theoretical analysis,experimental test and numerical calculation,the material properties and structural design scheme of eighteen meters CFRP mast are comprehensively studied.The feasibility of designing the telescopic mast with CFRP instead of aluminum alloy is proved theoretically,which lays the foundation for further engineering production.
