High frequency electro-mechanical conversion engraving head is a key component of a electronic engraving machine,of which the performance has directly effects on efficiency and quality of gravure making;Meanwhile,high frequency electro-mechanical conversion engraving head is a kind of reciprocating displacement output machine with high frequency response,that can be used in FTS systems and improves its frequency Response and output capability;It is of great practical significance to carry out research and development on high frequency electro-mechanical conversion engraving head.In this paper,an implementation scheme based on permanent magnet excitation,single coil driven,torsion pendulum armature driving shaft to carry out rotational displacement,and expanding output by shaft resonating,are proposed to realize performance requirements of high frequency electro-mechanical conversion engraving head.The design of torsion shaft with high stiffness and driven magnetic circuit is focused in the research.The preliminary design of shaft structural parameters was carried out according to dynamic theories and formulas,and optimized according to results of modal analysis,harmonic response analysis and transient analysis achieved with ANSYS Workbench.Then analysis and calculation on the working point of permanent magnet and the static driven magnetic circuit were achieved according to electromagnetic correlation theories and formulas,after which calculation and analysis are achieved with ANSYS Maxwell to determine the effects of air gap size and adjusting block on the output of driven magnetic circuit.And Single thickness of laminated armature was also optimized according to results of analysisThe engraving head prototype was established based on results of calculation and analysis,of which the output was measured at different frequency.By establishing the relationship curve of input and output in frequency domain,two resonance frequencies of the prototype were found;then the relationship curves of input and output at different resonance frequencies were obtained.A series of engraving test were carried out,the result of which shows the prototype can machining mesh points at depth of 4?m and proves that the performance of the prototype achieves expectations.In this paper,a high frequency electro-mechanical conversion engraving head prototype is established,of which the structure and driven magnetic circuit are designed,analyzed and optimized.Then engraving test were achieved,the result of which shows the implementation scheme is practicable.The results of this study provide a reference for the follow-up optimization of high frequency electro-mechanical conversion engraving head,which is of great significance to further development work.
