Wear is of great importance in modern industrial production,which is the cause of equipment parts failure,and the loss is very alarming.surface treatment of parts through the coating technology is a very effective protective measures,with which the service deadline is significantly extended.Compared with other polymer coatings,epoxy resin coating show excellent adhesion,wear resistance,acid and alkali resistance,no heat affected zone and simple coating process,low cost and other characteristics,which is widely used as resistance abrasive base adhesive.But the epoxy resin toughness is poor,the internal stress,used directly as the matrix used to obtain poor mechanical properties of materials.In this paper,a kind of epoxy wear-resistant coating reinforced by polyurethane elastomer is studied so as to obtain toughness and good bonding performance.Then,wear-resistant filler,and polytetrafluoroethylene is introduced to reduce the friction coefficient of the system.The composite with better comprehensive performance of the epoxy wear-resistant coating is prepared.The wear mechanism of the material was observed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the wear resistance of the material was analyzed.Finally,the optimized formulation of the wear-resistant coating is: E-51: TPU: DDM: DMP-30: SiC(150 # / 240 # = 3/1): KH-550: 3 # PTFE = 1: 0.14: 0.25 : 0.02: 0.55: 0.15(weight %): 0.08,with wear rate of 0.0029 g / min,that of a commercial coating is 0.0036 g / min(under the same conditions,dry friction test),the relative wear resistance is 1.24.In experiments,a kind of core-shell structure with high hardness and low coefficient of friction is introduced to form the high-efficiency wear-resistant packing filled with PTFE,so that the friction coefficient of the filler surface is reduced with creep property,prevent the filler particles from brittle crush,the composites show high anti-wear efficiency.Finally,the mechanism of curing the system is mainly that the epoxy groups are ring-opened by DDM and then cross-linked,turn from the linear structure into three dimensional network during the process.TPU toughening epoxy resin is mainly through the isocyanate groups and epoxy resin ring formed by the formation of hydroxyl reaction of polyether or polyester flexible segments to complete the structure,the two formed interpenetrating network structure.The composite coating filled with silicon carbide is excellent in wear resistance,and the energy is mainly absorbed by coating matrix through plastic deformation,and the main wear mechanism is fatigue wear.
