Ozone plays an important role in environmental protection,daily life,medical treatment,industry,etc.Ozone generator demand is increasing.The research on ozone power supply and reactor has got many achievements.Due to the particularity of ozone load,bad impedance matching between power and load will cause load current discontinuous,power transfer capacity decreasing.Meanwhile,high portion capacitive current will decrease power efficiency,power factor and increase the ozone system temperature.Focusing on these issues,this paper analyzes impedance matching difficulties based on capacitive load transient voltage-current and dynamic characteristics.This research is based on setting up matching network between power and load,this network consists of leakage inductance of high frequency transformer and inductor paralleling with load.(1)Discontinuous current is found when changing matching leakage inductance value,which is analyzed and solved through changing relationship between load resonant frequency and power driving frequency.Two solutions are adopted,that is validated by experiments.How these two frequency affect current waveform is summarized,based on this solution,reference value of leakage inductor is derived.(2)To solve this issue high rated capacitive electrical energy exists during energy transfer.This paper designs inductor paralleling with load through imaginary part of two port network coming zero.This inductor provides reactive current for capacitive load to realize reactive power compensation.With optimization of inductance value,experiment results show that discharging power does not change,power factor gets improving,temperature rise is decreased,utilization rate of electrical energy is increasing.The performance of ozone generator gets better.This paper takes impedance matching network successfully realizing that electrical energy transfers from power supply to load with high ability and efficiency.The reference of leakage inductance is presented.Relationship between driving frequency and resonant frequency is summarized.Reactive power compensation is realized with paralleling inductance.The performance of ozone generator gets better.
