Ozone,as oxidant and disinfector has been widely used for the treatment of water and the purification of air,etc.The most newly method of ozone synthesis is surface discharge.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of the non-equilibrium plasma.The improvement of ozone generators is mainly focused on the power supply,such as narrow plused, steep ascend edge,high repeat frequency and great current density.In this master degree dissertation,a phase shifting pulse wideth modulated(PWM)soft switching high voltage invert power supply has been developed with the use of the principle of advanced invert technique and new type of semi-conductor device-insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT). The main circuit,driving and high coltage high frequency transformer are discussed in detail in this paper.Through examination research on power frequency,electric field intensity,discharge wave,electrode construct,etc. this power system has parameter as following:less than 50ns pulse former ascend edge,pulse half breadth is about 150ns,repetitive frequency is 0~20kHz(movability),voltage is 0~15kv(movability),whole circuit is under the high-efficient coronal discharge,and output voltage can be adjusted with the change of load.Compare with traditional ozonizer power, this new equipment has small bulk,low-weight;capability stabilization and high efficient ozone output.
