In recent years,with the development of economy,human being due to the increasing energy demand,especially the proportion of clean energy demand is increasing year by year,coalbed methane as a clean energy with good performance has a broader space for development,besides,as its abundant reserves,low degree of development,coalbed methane gas has become a hot spot of research.Therefore,in this paper,the Realpipe oil and gas pipeline network simulation software is used to study the optimization of gathering and transportation pipeline network in Qinshui basin.Through access to relevant literature,overall grasp of the current situation in the research,the following two aspects for further research has been done in this paper:(1)Under the condition that the pressure of the original pipe section is invariable,and the pressure of the inlet and outlet is unchanged,a sub pipe is set up in the restricted pipe section to increase the gas transfer;(2)A compressor is added in the restricted pipe section to ensure that the increase in the amount of gas at the same time can also make the pipeline pressure and inlet and outlet pressure to meet the conditions.For the optimization of pipe network to carry out the following research:Firstly,based on the field data collected from the coalbed gas field,the model is established in the Realpipe pipe network simulation software,and the reasons for restricting the capacity of the pipeline network and the pipe section are analyzed.Secondly,In view of the reason why the pipe section is restricted,the optimization design of the pipe section is determined,laying the auxiliary pipe or adding the compressor under the control section,and the corresponding mathematical models and economic models are presented to provide the basis for the calculation of specific parameters.Finally,the genetic algorithm is used to analyze,program and calculate the two schemes respectively,the corresponding transformation parameters of two schemes are obtained.At the same time,in order to ensure the practical realization of the scheme,this paper also calculates the transformation of the pipe network Of the investment costs as a reference.
