The terrain of M coal seam gas field block is one after another,ravines are vertical and horizontal,complex and changeable,the pipe network is large,there is gas-liquid two-phase flow in the gathering and transmission pipe network,the fluid will form liquid when entering the gas gathering trunk line in the future,and the liquid will accumulate in the low-lying part of the pipeline,causing blockage,so there is a hidden danger in the safe operation of the system.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the process of the gathering and transportation system to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system,which also lays a foundation of hydraulics for the optimization of the pipeline network system in the following paper.The coal-bed gas field adopts the rolling development mode.In the process of production,there are problems such as low utilization rate of equipment,high energy consumption and low efficiency in the gathering and transmission pipeline network.Therefore,it is an urgent task to optimize the construction mode of the gathering and transmission pipeline network to adapt to the rolling development characteristics of the pipeline network.In this paper,firstly,pipesim is used to simulate the operation of gas production pipeline network under different temperature,pressure,flow,water content and other parameters.According to the boundary conditions of pipeline network operation in block M,the limits of each process parameter meeting the boundary conditions are determined,and based on this,measures are taken to ensure the gas well productivity release;Olga is used to analyze the influence of gas transmission,liquid production and temperature on pressure drop,flow pattern,liquid holding rate and liquid accumulation in the two gas gathering main lines,so as to provide suggestions for the location of liquid accumulation treatment equipment on site.Secondly,this paper studies the optimization of the construction mode of gathering and transportation network in the production process.Based on the above process simulation as the hydraulic basis,considering the construction of connecting pipelines between blocks,and taking the maximum total net present value as the objective function,considering the constraints involving cost,construction conditions,flow distribution and obstacles,a mixed integer linear programming model(MILP)is established and solved with the software of gams.The optimization results show the connection scheme and flow distribution scheme of the connecting pipeline.In addition,a virtual example is built to discuss the scope of application of this method.By comparing the results before and after optimization,it is found that this method can improve the average load rate of stations and yards,reduce the energy consumption of the system,and improve the efficiency,but this method is suitable for the case of short distance between blocks.This optimization is of great significance to the development and construction of new blocks and the expansion of gathering and transmission network in the future.
