At present,the coking method is mainly divided into two kinds of conventional coking and tamping coking,and tamping coke in terms of saving the cost of resources,safety and environmental protection and quality of finished products such as coke there is a huge advantage.But in the process of coal baking furnace has been plunged into the collapse of the plight,resulting in enterprises cannot continuous production,to our country to the modernization of large coke oven to bring a great negative impact.China's own design and manufacture of 6.25 meters side of the coal-loaded tamping coal injection coke one machine,using the world's most advanced SCP technology,container coal,tamping,pushing in one,through a lot of advanced technology to significantly reduce the collapse of the cake occurred probability,but cannot be completely resolved.Flat bread mainly divided into mechanical flat bread and cake collapse caused by coal ratio and moisture content,In this paper,we based on the equipment of coal-loading system,explore the main factors of mechanical cake collapse happened,find a way to improve,and improvement suggestions are put forward.This paper analyzes and summarizes the domestic and foreign research results on the instability of chain drive motion.Combining with the theory of multi-body dynamics and finite element static and dynamic theory,based on the virtual prototype technology,using Solidworks to simplify the modeling of chain drive system according to the actual working conditions Using ADAMS software to analyze the dynamics of the model,the dynamic characteristics of the different operating conditions are studied,the causes of the non uniformity of the chain drive and the vibration phenomena during the operation are analyzed,and the improved method is found.Finally,the conclusion of the use of ANSYS Workbench on the chain drive modal analysis,find the resonant frequency.
