Our country has limited oil resources and limited reserves.According to the analysis,China’s oil use will exceed 400 million tons by 2020 and even top 600 million tons.At the same time,along with the rapid development of social economy,China’s car ownership is growing,car ownership in China in 2030 is expected to reach 280 million vehicles,car oil use will increase sharply,and exhaust emissions of impact on the environment pollution is increasingly serious,is expected in 2030 China’s car emissions will account for 68% of air pollution.Over the next 20 years,therefore,China will face very serious energy and environmental problems,if the current situation of the energy long-term excessive dependence on oil fuel can not be changed,pollution from the burning of fuel oil will cause more serious pollutions to the environment and sustainable development ability of our country will be seriously affected.The search for new,resource-rich,environmentally friendly and economically viable new fuels is extremely urgent.With the rapid development of social economy,China’s transportation industry to use diesel vehicles increasing,greatly improving the diesel use,intensified the conflict between diesel supplies are tight.Way of combustion reaction and diesel fuel in diesel inadequate when using combustion,pollutant discharge will increase air pollution,so the future development needs can not only save energy but also a new type of fuel to reduce air pollution.So to explore the preparation of emulsified diesel oil,the feasibility of the project can ease tensions in domestic diesel oil resources,at the same time can reduce the diesel combustion smoke and NOx emissions of pollutants.Emulsified diesel oil is produced by diesel oil,water,emulsifier,the related process of diesel fuel,by emulsifier catalytic reaction,the formation of the water-in-oil structure of water around surrounded by oil and get a diesel blend more energy saving and environmental protection.Emulsified diesel fuel in the circumstance that does not reduce diesel can highland promoting the comprehensive utilization of diesel,diesel emissions can be reduced at the same time,effectively improve the environment,save oil resources.The production scale is determined by the construction of different production scale.Combined with the related standard cost estimate,profits,profit margins,LiShuiLv,yields,internal rate of return,net present value,profit and loss balance point,critical point values,the emulsified diesel oil project profitability and anti-risk ability were analyzed,and discussed the feasibility of the project from the aspects of economic evaluation.
