| Nowadays,rare earth luminescent materials,which are in the field of rapid display and lighting,are one of the most widely used functional materials.Silicate is regarded as an ideal rare earth luminescent matrix material by virtue of its stable structure,good thermal chemical stability,simple preparation and abundant raw material.In addition,the silicate matrix luminescent material to a certain extent,control the intensity and location of the emission spectrum.Different rare earth ions doped silicate-based luminescent materials are coated on the near-UV LED chip will be able to get better performance white LED.However,with the continuous development of white LED industry,people for the luminous materials in all aspects of the requirements are gradually improved.Therefore,it is of great significance to further study the spectral control,spectral characteristics and new preparation methods of rare earth ion-doped silicate-based luminescent materials to improve the efficiency of white LED and make it play better in the field of lightingIn this paper,the properties of the sample,such as the properties of the sample,and the composition of the activator ions and the matrix,were measured by X-ray powder diffraction and spectroscopic measurement.The effect of luminescence was studied.The main contents of the study include:1)Preparation of Ca6Sr4(Si2O7)3Cl2:Ce3+,Eu2+,Sm3+phosphors by sol-gel combined with high temperature solid phase method.The results show that the emission color and luminescent properties of the phosphors doped with different activators are investigated.The Ca2Sr4(Si2O7)3Cl2:0.04Sm3+,0.05Ce3+,0.04Eu2+,the high intensity white light is emitted at the excitation of 406nm,(x=0.249,y=0.2441).2)The composition of the matrix was changed according to the chemical formula Ca6+x Sr4-x(Si2O7)3Cl2(0≤x≤4).The influence of the relative proportions of Ca2+and Sr2+on the properties of the phosphor was investigated.The results show that when x=1,the single-doped and silicified phosphoric acid-based phosphor has better luminescent properties.4)When x=4,the luminous performance of 0.04Sm3+,0.05Ce3+and 0.04Eu2+doped phosphor is the best.3)The addition of Ba2+and Mg2+can improve the luminescence intensity of Ca6-MSr4(Si2O7)3Cl2(M=Ba2+,Mg2+),and the optimum doping concentration of M is 0.20 and 0.10,respectively.The luminous intensity of the sample increases first and then decreases. |
