The current domestic and foreign condition monitoring system on shearer is mainly for electrical and hydraulic system. Key mechanical parts, especially for coal winning machine oil monitoring method of mechanical transmission system, adopts the traditional off-line analysis method, it is difficult to the real-time online monitoring system running state and fault prediction processing. That limits the coal winning machine predictive maintenance and other modern equipment operation management theory and method of application,seriously hinder the reliability and safety of coal mine underground mining. Large equipment condition monitoring and safety evaluation is considered to be the best solution to safeguard equipment reliability. Therefore, this thesis aimed at vibration condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology research on electrical haulage shearer, to construct a system of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system, explore the mechanical transmission system of shearer vibration test criteria and evaluation method.In view of the present coal winning machine in the condition monitoring and safe operation of the existing problems, and analysis of electrical haulage shearer comprehensive condition monitoring and diagnosis technology and solutions, multi-layered composite technology to realize the coal winning machine is presented in this paper the machine condition monitoring, so as to solve the problem of electric haulage shearer monitoring blind area, realizes the electric, hydraulic and mechanical system condition monitoring and information integration, multiple sensor information fusion of shearer machine laying a foundation for security evaluation.Signs on the fault mechanism of shearer and contact the problem of insufficient research,analysis of complex electromechanical system operation characteristics and typical working condition of physical quantities of detection methods, to explore the coupling under the working condition of forced vibration characteristics of the coal winning machine and the typical mechanical coal mining machine parts fault evolution mechanism and signs with the internal relations between physical quantities; And combining with theoretical analysis and practical test data, determine the reasonable mining machine fault diagnosis scheme,making mechanical transmission system of shearer vibration test criteria and evaluation method, for the coal mining machine condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.Finally, according to the safe operation of the coal winning machine application background, an experimental platform for the electric traction coal winning machine condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system for testing, test results show that the research results of the paper.
