According to the characteristics of cashmere products and the water quality characteristics of waste water,this paper presents a closed-cycle treatment technology for the production of waste water,which is based on the processing technology of cashmere products,which can be run at any time according to the market demand of cashmere products.Low cost,high water quality can be directly used after treatmentBased on the experimental study,the optimum process parameters of each process unit of the waste water treatment process of cashmere products were determined.On this basis,the process design and equipment selection of each process unit were carried out,and 60 tons of cashmere products were processed Wastewater,and then the operation and processing effect of the device are studied,which provides a reference for the industrial application of the technology.Firstly,the design of a film as the core of the cashmere production of waste water recycling wastewater treatment technology.The flocculation process unit,ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis process unit were studied experimentally to determine the best process parameters and process conditions of closed circuit processing technology.The optimal dosage of PAC and PAM is that PAC 200~250mg/L and PAM 1mg/L.The optimum hydraulic conditions are: mixing speed 250r/min,mixing time is 3min,flocculation reaction speed 50r/min,the flocculation reaction time is 15min;the membrane flux of the ultrafiltration membrane at a given pressure(0.2MPa)is 74L/m2.h;the membrane flux of the reverse osmosis membrane at a given pressure(2MPa)is 28.5L/m2.h.Secondly,through the study of the process parameters of each unit,the equipment used in the unit was calculated and selected,and a set of closed-cycle treatment equipment for 60 tons of cashmere production wastewater was established.Finally,the process unit of the closed-circuit wastewater treatment plant was debugged and the pilot test was carried out.After six months of continuous test,the treated effluent water is clear and transparent,CODCr <20mg / L,conductivity <200?s / cm,color,turbidity can not be detected,can be used as pure water unit of water,in order to achieve the cashmere products Production of waste water closed circuit.After the flocculation and sedimentation,sand filtration and carbon filtration treatment,sand filtration and carbon filtration were used as the pretreatment process of double membrane treatment.After treatment,CODCr was reduced by about 15%,and the transparency of water was increased to meet the requirement of influent water quality.To prevent the accumulation of pollutants,emissions of 10% to 20% ultrafiltration effluent as flushing water.Flocculation sedimentation sludge with dehydration treatment,dehydrated sludge can be sanitary landfill or incineration treatment.The effect of film cleaning with 0.5% hydrogen peroxide was better,and the membrane flux recovery effect was remarkable.
