Cashmere is a kind of rare specialty animal fiber of superb quality which is taken from the fine, soft undercoat or underlayer of hair next to the goat skin. Cashmere fiber is known as "Diamond Fiber" and cashmere products share the market place for its superior features, such as comfortable, warm, noble and elegant, but the value added to cashmere products is restricted to be promoted because of the influence of related technology restriction, furthermore, comparatively single variety of such products in the current market is not sufficient to meet the consumer's pursuit of variety and individuationIn order to meet the market demand, Erdos Cashmere Group develops new series of cashmere printing products through the application of EX9000 computer printing color separation system, Italian automatic color measurement system, Italian UNITEX automatic screen printing machine and advanced finishing equipment. Now this kind of products basically realizes no color difference in different garment pieces among the same and different piece of garment. Printing patterns are live-like with good pigment coving property. But because no cashmere products printing technics is deeply researched in domestic market yet and scarce quality standards can be referred to evaluate the printing quality of cashmere products, and furthermore, cashmere products are particular expensive and the printing quality will directly affect the promotion of value added to cashmere products, for the above mentioned reasons, it's of much importance to optimize and discuss the printing technics for cashmere printing products.In this project, the cashmere products printing technics is optimized by applying the variance analysis and the fabric color yield (color uptake), chroma homogeneity, influence to products whiteness in printing process etc are also analyzed mainly through the following aspects: cashmere products printing equipment parameters, such as squeegee pressure, printing number, squeegee angles, squeegee speed and other parameters, for example, steaming temperature, steaming duration and washing temperature, anti-soil agent, dosage of color fixing auxiliary and temperature etc. Meanwhile, the color fastness grade, product style (shade, luster and hand feeling) and other factorsQow cost and high efficiency) in actual processing period are also considered. In addition, the optimum equipment parameters which are suitable to different patterns and different structure of cashmere products and recipes for steaming, washing and color fixing are also given in this paper. The research works under this project play a directive role in cashmere products production by decreasing printing defects, and assuring products quality through selection of scientific test design scheme and a great deal of tests. The cashmere printing products quality has been improved in large scale and the consumer' s demands are satisfied and the products are environmental friendly.
