Automatic packing lifting rotary platform is a very important part of aluminum ingot casting unit,due to the initial design without the detailed distribution of lift and rotation in the cycle of rise in proportion,so that screw lifter lifting table service life of less than 40 thousand times,so this article tries to find a more optimal time allocation ratio.By adjusting the rotating part time to increase the platform lift time,lifting expectations in the longer period,as far as possible to reduce the loss of screw lifter,to improve the service life of screw lifter.First of all,this paper on the lifting platform structure static strength analysis,on the basis of the analysis of the original structure of the re planning,re planning by screw lifter in the lifting table position,reducing the limit screw lifter stress,thereby improving the service life of the screw lifter,and for its further speed optimization and timing distribution,greatly improve the fatigue life provides the basis.Secondly,by analyzing comparing three curves,trapezoid curve,exponential curve,S curve problems in the operation process,and ultimately integrate their advantages,re planning a new trigonometric curve.The analysis of the three kinds of curves based on the simulation software MATLAB,the final selection of the optimal curve,trigonometric curve input control system,verify the trigonometric function curve has shown good flexibility calculation equation.At the same time,through the static strength analysis of Workbench,the fatigue strength of the screw lifter is analyzed,and finally the whole cycle period and safety factor in the lifting time are analyzed.Finally,calculated by the S-N curve of the lifting platform lifting device lifetime wire bar,and combined with ANSYS Workbench fatigue simulation,consistent simulation through comparison between calculation methods of S-N curve results and Workbench results,infer the acceleration curve in the whole fatigue life hit the law.Then through the limit distribution,the fatigue life in the maximum time is calculated by using Workbench.It is concluded that the speed optimization and timing distribution have little influence on the service life of the screw lifter.By comparing other types of screw lifter,the model of JWM200 UM is determined,and the service life and work efficiency of the screw lifter are improved.
