With the development of the society,the ball screw pair of linear guide feed platform is towards high efficiency,high speed and high precision in the direction of development,is also more and more high to the requirement of its dynamic characteristics,has excellent properties of ball screw pair of straight line feeding platform will be more widely used.As a functional unit that is commonly used in production and processing,ball screw pair of straight line feeding platform dynamic characteristics of the dynamic characteristics of the whole system has important influence.Taking ball screw pair linear feed platform as the research object,the dynamic model and the rigid flexible coupling model are established,and the dynamic characteristics of ball screw pair linear feed platform are analyzed by combining theoretical method with experimental method,on this basis,it provides the guarantee for optimizing the parameters of ball feed linear feed platform and improving the stability of the system.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The working principle and performance requirements of ball screw pair linear feed platform are briefly explained,and the research status of ball screw pair linear feed platform both at home and abroad is reviewed,and the research contents are presented.(2)The dynamic modeling of the linear feed platform of ball screw is carried out,and the theoretical value of the natural frequency of the linear feed platform is obtained by numerical calculation.(3)A rigid flexible coupling solid model of linear feed platform is established.Using ANSYS finite element analysis software to carry on the flexible processing to the lead screw and the guide rail entity model,and the MNF modal neutral file is generated,and the MNF modal neutral file is imported into ADAMS software,and then the rigid flexible coupling model of ball screw linear feed platform is established,and its correctness is verified.(4)The simulation analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the ball screw linear feed platform under different parameters and operating conditions is carried out,and the optimization measures to improve the stability and reduce the vibration are proposed.The influence of system parameters such as driving speed,damping,stiffness,static friction coefficient and worktable quality on linear motion characteristics was studied by ADAMS software;the effects of different external loads and different load directions on the system are studied by changing the load magnitude and direction;the optimization measures to improve system stability and reduce vibration are put forward according to its influence.(5)The finite element modal analysis and experimental modal analysis of linear feed system are completed.The finite element results agree well with the experimental results by comparing the first 10 order modes and the natural frequencies of the linear platform between each other,which verifies the correctness of the model.(6)The influence of different driving speed,external load and force position on dynamic characteristics of linear motion of the linear feed platform is studied by experiment.The relationship between acceleration and vibration frequency of the working platform at different speeds is studied by changing the driving speed of the linear feed platform;the relationships between the acceleration and vibration frequency,between impact force and vibration frequency of the working platform are studied by applying the different external load and the point of action.
