With the level of social and economic life gradually improve,more and more diverse user needs change and individuality,for technology innovation design needs to get more and more technical discipline knowledge,which makes the design process more difficult and complex,the design method of the single is not a perfect comprehensive solution needs,so we need to integrate the existing design methods and technology,integrated exploration methods and techniques of many subjects,explore new effective technology design method when facing the new changes of the user needs.Aiming at the problem of innovation design in product design,this paper integrates various design methods and techniques to realize the effective innovation of product design scheme.First of all,in the face of the use of the product by the client,to interview related people start user survey,using scenario based design method,the research content is described in the form of story,tap the potential and dominant needs of users in the vivid story version,hierarchical model of Luge demand.Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the information entropy method,the demand weight is determined,and the 5 main requirements of the Luge are determined.Secondly,through the systematic analysis of the existing related products,construct the function tree and function structure diagram,on this basis,according to the demand model of Luge,get new innovation function tree and function structure diagram of Luge,and the function of element solution;construct the Luge creative scheme evaluation index system,and determine the weights through the discriminant table calculation method;the application of multiple scale method,clustering analysis method for sample classification,and select representative samples;using quantification theory I to construct the representative category and evaluation index of the relationship between the sample project;to obtain all kinds of orders for each evaluation index category scores by using the least squares method,the partial correlation coefficient as well as between the design project and the evaluation index,then get evaluation model and comprehensive evaluation of Luge weighted model.Third,the comprehensive evaluation model for the fitness function,genetic algorithm and MATLAB tools to optimize the combination of Luge design elements category,using the decimal encoding optimization,get the optimal combination of decimal encoding,design elements of single element set after decoding.Finally,building the 3D model of the optimal solution of the obtained design elements.The model is used to analyze the initial movement state,and the comprehensive evaluation of the Luge innovation scheme is carried out.
