With the acceleration of urbanization,the number of residential districts is also increasing day by day,which is accompanied by the treatment of residential garbage.The concept of green environmental protection and sustainable development makes people pay more attention to the classification and recycling of garbage.Therefore,the classification and recycling of garbage in residential areas has become a problem to be solved.The purpose of designing a classified garbage recycling device which can make life more rapid is to make the garbage in residential areas recover smoothly,achieve maximum recycling,create a more rational and standardized garbage disposal mode,and thus create a comfortable and clean residential environment.The sorted garbage collection vehicle and sorted garbage collection station designed in this paper are based on the residential characteristics of existing residential areas.By means of network and field investigation,the situational stories of unclassified garbage collection stations,classified garbage collection stations,garbage collection trucks and garbage collection transfer stations in residential districts are established.On this basis,the needs of users(residents and sanitation workers)are extracted,and the demand items are sorted out by KJ method,based on which the future situational stories of Classified garbage collection are constructed.Based on the analysis of the psychological and behavioral characteristics of sanitation workers and residents,the demand for classified garbage collection vehicles and garbage collection stations was analyzed by questionnaire survey,and the demand items were further clarified and perfected.The weight of each demand item is determined by information entropy method,and the demand model of classified garbage recycling is constructed.Through the design method of functional principle scheme,on the basis of analyzing the functional principle scheme of typical garbage collection vehicle and garbage collection station,the functional principle scheme and appearance modeling scheme of classified garbage collection vehicle and collection station are innovated.The three-dimensional digital model of classified garbage collection vehicle and collection station function scheme in residential area is constructed by using Pro/E software.Based on this,the characteristics of innovative functional scheme of classified garbage collection vehicle and collection station inresidential area are explained.The feasibility of innovative design scheme is further illustrated by interactive simulation analysis of the use process of human and classified garbage collection station,classified garbage collection vehicle and collection station.Actuality and effectiveness.
