Research On The Development Strategy Of CPC's Ecological Modernization Since The 18th CPC National Congress

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the Chinese Communists have attached great importance to the construction of ecological civilization.For the first time,they have put forward the concept of "ecological civilization" development strategy.They have integrated ecological construction with economic development,political construction,cultural reform and harmonious society,and implemented the "five in one"development strategy layout.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China even put forward a new development concept and defined the ways and means to carry out the development strategy of ecological modernization in the new era.Under the guidance of innovative ecological technologies,coordinated ecological protection,green development plans,opening up the ecological pattern and sharing construction experience,we will deepen the construction of an ecological civilization system throughout the country.For the first time,the 19th Congress took "beauty" as one of the goals of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It clearly stated that China's future modernization is an ecological modernization in which human beings and nature coexist harmoniously.It put forward a road map and equation for ecological modernization and established a century-old ecological blueprint for the 21st century.The CPC's innovation and exploration of ecological modernization shows that ecological modernization is gradually moving from an ivory tower of theoretical contention to a track of governing the country and putting it into action.Looking forward to becoming a powerful country in ecological modernization,we need practical and feasible strategic steps.How to meet the people's strong demand for a good life;How to realize sustainable development with good ecology without abandoning industrial civilization;How to correctly draw lessons from the beneficial experience of foreign ecological modernization strategies,take the lead in completing the exploration of ecological modernization road,and grasp the international voice and other practical problems are all waiting for the voice of the ecological modernization development strategy with Chinese characteristics.Facing the historical background at home and abroad,the process of proposing,forming and perfecting China's ecological modernization development strategy since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is combed.It is of great value to the completion of a well-off society in an all-round way this year and the realization of China's modernization power in 2050.Under the guidance of the principles of historical materialism and dialectical materialism,this article takes "China's ecological modernization development strategy since the 18th CPC national congress" as the core theme.Using the methods of literature investigation,case analysis,model comparison and other research methods,and taking Marxist theory as the main analysis perspective,this paper sorts out and interprets the strategic choice of ecological modernization in the new era of the CPC.The full text is divided into five parts.The first part mainly summarizes the research results on ecological modernization development strategy at home and abroad since the 18th National Congress of the CPC.On the basis of comprehensive analysis,the basic meaning and main characteristics of ecological modernization development strategy are summarized,and innovation is sought on the basis of existing research.The second part summarizes the strategic basis for the CPC to implement ecological modernization development since the 18th CPC National Congress.Including Marxism,excellent traditional culture and the ecological theoretical basis of the Chinese communists.The historical basis of the ecological development strategy adopted since the founding of New China;Comparing the realistic basis of ecological environment development at home and abroad.The third part focuses on the strategic deployment of ecological modernization adopted by the CPC since the 18th National Congress.Including strategic objectives,strategic principles,strategic layout and strategic priorities.The fourth part gives specific suggestions on the implementation of the ecological modernization development strategy since the 18th National Congress of the CPC.Mainly from the strengthening of the party's leadership,enhance ecological awareness,improve the ecological system,build an ecological protection system,strengthen the research and development of ecological science and technology,improve the ecological rule of law,optimize the layout of ecological space seven aspects.The fifth part reviews the history and looks forward to the future.This paper analyzes the historical,practical and international significance of the CPC's ecological modernization development strategy since the 18th CPC National Congress.
