| Fire whirl is a kind of destructive and special fire phenomenon which often appears in fire disasters.Fire whirl research is one of the important research fields in fire science.Simulation test is an effective way for the research,but fire whirl simulation test device is barely found in the domestic.It’s of great significance to design fire whirl simulation test devices with independent intellectual property rights for the experimental study on fire whirl.A large scale fire whirl simulate device which can simulate fire whirl,measure temperature and flow velocity automatic and accurate,was designed based on specific technical needs.The measurement of temperature and flow rate in high temperature environment in determined distance is the key technologies to develop the equipment.Conventional feed mechanisms are inclined to failure due to severe thermal deformation.The structure that use stepper motor to drive,trapezoidal screw to transmit,outer tube fixed with the nut and move along the screw in axial direction was designed.The sealing and heat insulation transmission mechanism not only achieve precise feeding,but also protect the screw and nut form high temperature.Thermal deformation finite element analyses were conducted to verify the design.Driven by the servo spindle motor,transmitted by single row four point contact ball slewing bearing,the main rotary motion of the fire whirl simulation equipment was achieved.42 CrMo instead of the traditional 50 Mn used as the base material of slewing bearing,and the use of copper insulation block to replace the traditional nylon isolation block,enhanced the limit speed of the slewing bearing.The traditional internal support structure of the veil component was replaced by external support structure.The external support structure not only solves the problem that the internal support structure affects the flow field,but also expands the view field.Dynamic analysis of the deflection of the veil component is pursed to verify the design.The research and development of the control system is completed.Application of SIMENTIC S7-1200 PLC and the touch screen realized the servo spindle motor and stepper motor control.Logic analysis and PLC ladder program design of the control system was completed.The control cabinet,control circuit,human-machine interaction interface were designed.The control of servo spindle motor and stepper motor were realized successfully.Process analyses of key parts,assembly process and test process of the device were made.Assembly and test of the device were completed.The test result showed that the device achieved technical requirements,and it worked stable and reliable. |
