In the process of repair and maintenance work,there has a high risk because of complicated equipment and facilities,high risk of process medium,a d many kinds of cross-operation,so the perfect safety management system is needed to ensure the process safety.Thus the evaluation of safety management is significant.This thesis is based on the concept of process safety management,through the comparative study of foreign advanced safety management system evaluation methods,such as management system evaluation method based on the principle of risk inspection,the NOSA five-star rating system,evaluation of occupational safety and health series ISO18000 standard and international security rating system(ISRS).At the same time,our country dangerous chemical industry unit safety standardization general specification established in 2010,by analyzing the distribution of the elements,the score,then work out for the petrochemical enterprise maintenance operation safety management factor index system.After determining the index of primary and secondary factors,under the premise of weight by its average method and analytic hierarchy process to carry on the assignment,the set pair analysis theory formulation can be used in the actual operation of the hierarchy.By drawing from CNPC‘s pipeline company safety management status of the evaluation results,it is to use the established maintenance operation and safety management system to evaluate it,finally to obtain the enterprise by means of analytic hierarchy process and the mean safety management,both of them at four levels.Through repair and maintenance operation safety management system,weight,and verify the system,by process safety management idea for reference,especially for system management,change management,risk control technology from seven aspects,formulating the corresponding risk control measures,used to enhance safety management level of the status.The system.for petrochemical industry repair and maintenance operation safety management assessment system can be used for evaluating repair and maintenance operation status of the enterprise and improve the safety management system,at the same time it can also as a way of improving the level of enterprise safety management.
