Human’s unsafe behavior is one of the main factors resulting in the accident in petrochemical enterprise,along with the advance of safety assessment of process industry,more and more standard and guide about risk emphasized the importance of human reliability analysis.Thus,it is of vital significance to carry out research on human reliability analysis in petrochemical industry.However,the application of human reliability analysis in petrochemical field is uncommon at present in our country,the process and model to quantitefy human reliability in petrochemical industry under the framework of LOPA is discussed,as well as the effect to IPL in LOPA.Firstly,the characteristics of operator’s work in petrochemical industry is analyzed,and the human performance factors is discussed,and then the model for root cause analysis of human error is raiseed,result shows the HR-FTA model provided the scientific basis to reduce human errors.According to the features of the work,the operator’s work is classified into two types: the field operation and the central control room operation.Considering the advantages and disadvantages of existing HRA model,different HRA model is selected to calculate human reliability for different operation,including C REAM,HEART and HCR.To get a more precisely result,the the fuzzy theory is applied to CREAM,the general task type list is improved in HEART,and PSF in HCR is added as well as its influence coefficient,making all of the three model more suitable for the petrochemical industry.Finally,the overall effectiveness of FGS is analyzed under human’s intervention.The effectiveness of FGS is affected by three factors,one of them is the effectiveness of the mitigation system,thus the process safety time model is raised to calculate it,furthermore the over effectiveness is obtained,and then it’s optimized by considering the intervention of the operator.In a word,the preliminary discussion on the human reliability analysis has launched in the petrochemical industry,and laid a solid foundation for the human reliability analysis based on industry characteristics.At the same time,the optimization method of HRA in this paper also has reference significance for other industries.
